Why juice?

Why should you juice fruit and vegetables?  Well, if you are eating enough fruit and vegetables every day then you probably don’t need to.  However, I would estimate that the number of people that are eating enough fruit and vegetables every day is small and even this small number of people could benefit from the nutritional value of fresh, raw, fruit and vegetable juice.  Cooked vegetables lose much of their nutrition through the cooking process.  The more raw you can eat your vegetables the more nutrition you will retain and consequently consume.

The bottom line is that most people could improve their diet by including fresh, raw, vegetable juice, sweetened with fresh, raw fruit juice on a regular basis.
